  • The workshop is 2 hours, with some prep time beforehand, and follow up time afterwards.

  • The session is for B2B companies that want to grow their business using inbound revenue. You want to build a predictable machine that brings your ideal customers to you.

    1. Help you find market resonance: the unique way of positioning your offering that truly connects with your audience and drives interest in your product or service.

    2. Build you a GTM (Go To Market) strategy: now that we have the message, we need an action plan for each component of the inbound client acquisition machine that brings your ideal customers to you. This will be tailored to your business and based on your budget and resources.

    Everything is documented in a GTM workbook - a tool we have been using with our partners for some time - and you’ll receive this at the end of the session so you can start taking action.

  • David (our Founder and CEO) will be personally running every GTM workshop. He has more than 12 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, including working in-house running sales/marketing teams, launching two businesses of his own, and working with nearly 300 different B2B companies on their growth strategies.
