Appointment Setter
Part Time - Remote
David Ellis, Founder & CEO
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-savvy Appointment Setter to join our B2B growth consultancy, beetu.be.
You’ll play a key role in connecting with potential leads on social media, warming up conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our Sales team — helping us and our clients grow smarter and faster.
This is a remote freelance role, where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values initiative, consistency, and results. You’ll report to our Head of Performance Marketing and collaborate with the CEO and Head of Operations and teams to ensure we keep a strong and healthy pipeline.
Who This Is For:
You’re an independent and proactive communicator with 1+ years of experience in appointment setting.
You’re confident in your ability to start conversations online and guide them toward setting a meeting via a different profile.
You take pride in being organised, efficient, and consistent, especially when handling high volumes of outreach and follow-ups.
You’re results-driven, and find motivation in hitting performance goals and improving response and conversion rates.
You’re comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and messaging platforms to manage your work.
You are fluent in English (spoken and writing), with a natural, human tone that doesn’t feel templated.
You’re available to work during London UK GMT working hours (08:00–17:00), regardless of your location.
You’re excited to work remotely, collaborate asynchronously, and take ownership of your role.
Who This Is Not For:
Someone who needs hand-holding or constant oversight to stay on track with tasks and goals.
You get overwhelmed by high-volume, repetitive tasks, or don’t enjoy outreach-based roles.
You prefer phone or video outreach over written communication on social media platforms.
You’re looking for a traditional 9–5 office structure or fixed career ladders—this is a startup-style environment where things move quickly.
You struggle to adapt feedback or improve your approach when something isn’t working.
You dislike KPIs or performance tracking, and prefer not to be measured by outcomes.
