beetu.be is a B2B growth company that helps businesses scale up by applying our proprietary growth protocol (called “the beetu.be growth protocol 2.0”).
Up till now, our sales process has been founder led as we validated our offer and delivery process. Now that we have found product-market-fit, we are looking to hire world class salespeople to help us scale up the business.
Who This Is For:
An experienced salesperson with a proven track record of success looking for an amazing (and unique) offer to sell
You know that you can crush it if you’re given a great offer, a proven sales process, and a calendar full of inbound leads
You want to earn great money whilst working remotely from anywhere in the world
You’re a high performer and happy to be paid on a commission-only basis, knowing that you will earn more overall if your performance is good
You know that being a proactive and high energy person is key in sales. You don’t need to be told to follow up with leads and will do what it takes (ethically) to get deals over the line
You understand how to operate in a high-ticket B2B sales environment selling sophisticated products to sophisticated buyers and can operate as a consultative sales person (the pushy approach does not work here)
You understand the importance of tracking data in sales
You’re a high integrity person and would not compromise on your morals to close a deal

You do not enjoy working in a performance focused role where you live and die by your results
You need a comfortable salary in order to perform and working on commission-only basis would be stressful for you
You need handholding and directing day to day:
You’ll be given a proven process, tools, and support you need to be successful but we’re looking for someone who is “batteries included”. They already know how to sell, they just need a great opportunity and product.
You think it’s OK to tell a lie (or white lie) in order to get a deal over the line
How It Works
You’ll get a proven sales process and all the tools that you need to be successful: script / framework, previous sales call recordings, sales assets, call reviews and feedback.
We will fill up your calendar with inbound calls: all of our marketing is inbound and many of the prospective clients come to us at least part-ready to buy. Your job is to consult these companies, see whether they are a good fit, and close them on one of our offers.
You’ll get a (healthy) commission on any of the deals that you close.
You’ll track your data and sync with the team: a performance scorecard for data tracking, record an (async) daily stand up via Loom, and attend weekly sales team meetings.
